What is Cambridge International AS & A Level?
AS & A Level are advanced international qualifications offered by Cambridge Assessment International Education.
They are an extension after the IGCSE, recognized by universities worldwide as a high school qualification that directly qualifies you for university admission.
They are designed for students aged 17 to 19 and last for two years:

  • Year 1: AS Level (Advanced Subsidiary) – covering half of the A Level syllabus.

  • Year 2: A2 Level – completing the second half of the syllabus.

When you combine the results of AS + A2, you receive the full A Level qualification.
